FYI
 And Finally
Don't you just love the spring in the Northeast?  Even though we got snow just a week ago, the longer days, the sounds of birds, the blossoming of tulips are all early signals of the warmth to come .  We are reminded that another season is upon us; a gentler season.  And just as the seasons come and go, so too do our businesses and I dare say, our spirits, get renewed in the hope of now.   Hope is the fuel that powers and inspires entrepreneurs, and MBEs are no different from others in this clan of opportunists.  I know the power of hope in my experiences, particularly my experience as the executive of this organization.  I remember and remind myself that we are not now where we were, nor are we where we will be.  I know that it takes time, it takes the dedicated support of others who share our dreams, and it takes resources that come from opportunities.  MBEs are no different from what I have experienced.  We are on this journey together, and to paraphrase Martin Luther King, I may not get there with you, but we will be successful together.  It is through this unshakable belief in your own success that you will create solutions to whatever business challenges you face.  Entrepreneurs know that disappointment and success are not served in equal portions.  But with each disappointment, with each delay, with each false start, the successful entrepreneur gets back into the game.  And each time, there is a lesson in that disappointment.  We are working hard to do every thing we can to provide MBEs with the opportunities to reach their goals.  And I must say that our Gala coming up in just two weeks is one of those opportunities.  I hope to see you there.  I believe in you.

In your service

Dr. Fred
